Looking for a room in Stoke Newington / Highbury

Hi there, I'm Lex, I'm a 25 year old transmasc person putting some feelers out for a room to move into around April/May 2026. I pride myself on being a tidy, chatty and communicative flatmate and I enjoy making the house a home. I work as a lighting technician for theatre in the West End so am often at work in the evenings. Outside of work I enjoy making art, playing video games and reading. I am not looking to move into a flat where the tenants don't talk to each other, I ideally would like if we could make food together occasionally or have a film night.
