Description
My friend and I are current PhD students at the University of Leeds, and we are looking for a 2-bedroom whole-property rental near the university (within a 20-minute walk) and not too far from the city centre. Ideally, the flat would have two bathrooms, though one bathroom is also acceptable, and it must have a private washing machine.
We hope the property is clean, in a safe area with good security measures, and in a quiet neighbourhood. We would also prefer a place with relatively new or well-maintained facilities, and a landlord who can assist promptly with any repairs and will not make unreasonable deductions from our deposit.
No other flatmates we want to live with.
