Quiet person looking for a small room in Newcastle

I am a quiet, tidy and non-smoking person. I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t use any kind of smoke or substances. I am looking for a clean and peaceful room with good privacy. I am a new asylum seeker and my rent is paid by the Home Office, so my budget is limited.

My English level is very basic. I recently started an informal English course, so I use a translator to communicate.

I am calm, introverted and prefer a respectful and quiet home. I get along well with older people too. I love nature and animals.

It is important for me that my flatmate does not smoke inside the house.
