I am a 19-year-old working professional looking for a single or double room anywhere in Manchester. I am ideally looking to move in around the first week of February and am hoping for a long-term stay of around a year. My budget is around £700 per month including bills, council tax, etc.

I’m a clean, tidy and organised person who takes pride in keeping shared spaces neat and respectful. I’m outgoing, friendly and easy to get along with, but I also really value personal space and downtime. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, going on walks, reading, watching TV and just chilling. I’d describe myself as having a good balance between being social and independent.

I’m reliable, respectful and considerate of others, and I always communicate openly. I’m looking for a relaxed, comfortable home where everyone feels at ease and respects each other’s space. I would prefer to live with females, but I’m also open to living with males. Ideally, I’m looking to live with people up to around 35 years old who have a similar lifestyle and mindset.
