A friendly house or 1/2 people to create it with

Hi,

I am looking for a bright room in a peaceful and tidy home with autonomous people or 1-2 people to rent a property and create such a place together.
I value free from heavy drugs home with autonomous and tidy housemates who communicate respectfully and contribute to a peaceful environment at home. I welcome hosting for our family members when needed, partners, friend groups, but not heavy parties and random unknown people. If there are any pets - huge yes from me!)

About me:
I'm a social introvert and a morning person. Currently I work full-time as an admin for an engineering consultancy in Clapham (8-4) and am also pursuing further development in environmentalism. In my spare time I enjoy reading, bjj, hiking, cycling, swimming, cooking, exploring nature, cities, and cultures. I also love growing plants, watching documentaries, drawing, and conversations about science, society, education, and philosophy.

I'm up for a good conversation, laugh and shared activities, balancing respectfully with a personal space.

Admin details (preferred, but am open for negotiations):
- I’m looking for Zone 1/2 close to the Northern/Victoria lines - Walworth, Camberwell, Camden, Islington or Hackney preferably
- moving dates between December - February
- budget of £700pcm
- happy to provide references from my employer and/or landlord if needed
- I'm in the UK on a visa expiring at the end of next year, 2026, which I'll extend further
