29 y.o. man looking for a relaxed long-term rental

hi there, i'm a professional working in online safety regulation who also does some radio and music programming stuff on the side. i grew up in dublin but lived in utrecht (netherlands) for most of my 20s. i'll be starting a london-based hybrid job in march 2026, so looking for a place with like-minded housemates at a similar point in life! as a housemate, I am clean, considerate and although I am comfortable keeping to myself, I prefer having a warm and positive relationship with housemates as it feels easier for everyone! i am keen to live around e8/n16 area but also open to other options. Ideally, I would have 1, max 2 housemates, but also flexible on this if the place seems right:)
