Quiet, Clean and Respectful of others.

Hi, I work part time on a self employed basis and also receive UC with the LCWRA element. I get £770 minimum if not worked that month but often with wages and reduced UC in total around £1400+pm.

I am looking for a room ideally with ensuite but would take any space as long as it's clean and tidy.

I can pay holding deposit and upfront rent but if a guarantor is required then I will need to use a paid service if you will allow.

I respect other housemates and have references from previous landlords to prove that I'm a good tenant.
