Looking for 2-3 bed home to rent

Hello! MYself, my partner, our friend and our dog are looking for a home to rent from June/July 2026. We would need 2 bedrooms, but a third would be ideal (storage). We are all very clean, all working, and our dog is small (less than 10kg) and extremely well behaved (and really cute). Garden/outdoor space would be ideal but is not required. We would love to stay in the South Manchester area, preferably Fallowfield/Withington/Didsbury. We are very friendly and are respectable and considerate housemates.
