About Me:

I am a single female professional currently seeking a quiet and comfortable bedroom to rent. As I work from home most days, I value a peaceful environment that allows me to focus. I am tidy, respectful and you will often see me with headphones on but I love to interact as well.

I love watching tv shows, listen to music and trying new things.

I speak Portuguese and English fluently. Very badly Spanish and Italian.

What I'm Looking For:

I am looking for a house located close to means of transportation as I don’t have a vehicle.

I have a strong preference for an en-suite room or a private, dedicated bathroom for my sole use. But depending on the rent and amount of people I don’t mind sharing.

Due to work, the room must comfortably accommodate a desk (or already include one). I work late in the afternoon/night so I would be making calls to customers until around 8pm and be potentially in meetings after but not passed midnight and always with my headset.

I also like meal prepping so a nice kitchen is always a plus.

While working from home, I keep a quiet schedule (specially during winter). I am a night owl but very considerate of others' schedules and can easily adjust. I currently work on site twice a month so I would be coming home around midnight usually one Monday and one Wednesday a month.

Pets & Kids: I am very comfortable living alongside cats, dogs, or children, having happily done so in previous living situations. These will not be an issue for me, provided the overall environment remains relatively quiet during working hours.

My priority is finding a stable, comfortable and quiet base where I can work and relax.
