Professional Looking for a Flat Share/Buddy Up!

Hello! I am a female young professional looking for a flatmate to move in with, this is whether I'd move into your house-share or if we'd search for properties together.

I would prefer a property that has bills included (with £700 being my max budget) and is in walking distance to Manchester Piccadilly Station, Stockport Train Station or any other local train stations in the listed locations. As I do work hybrid, I will need a property with reliable broadband.

I live a quiet and relaxed lifestyle. I have been brought up to keep my home very clean, so I always tidy up after myself and keep shared areas in good condition. I am fairly introverted at first, but I warm up quickly once I get to know someone! I prefer a calm household and I make an effort not to disturb the people I live with.

I am looking for someone who cleans after themselves, is organised, respectful and communicates well. I appreciate someone who is pretty easy-going, considerate, as well as someone who also appreciates a peaceful environment and good boundaries.
