Steve, Post Grad Seeking Buddy Up/Flat Share

I’m Steve. I’ve just finished my postgrad and I’m looking to stay in Edinburgh for 3–6 months to be close to my daughter during her final semester. I’m 47, tidy, easy-going, and very used to looking after a home . I’m currently a landlord myself, so I’m always respectful of shared spaces and know how important a reliable tenant is.

I do have a very calm, older indoor cat who mostly sleeps and keeps to himself. He's lived in shared flats before with no issues at all. I keep things spotless and take full responsibility for him. I’m happy to provide references if you’d like.

I won’t be working from home and will be out most days, so I’m a genuinely low-impact tenant. I’m quiet, independent, and spend most of my free time outdoors or watching films, so anywhere walkable or close to green spaces is a bonus.
