28-year old professional moving to London

I'm a 28-year old Software Engineering Professional & I'm currently living/renting in Dublin for the past 2.5 years. I'm moving to London & I'm looking to share a place with someone who knows the city!

Here is my ideal room:
- Within 30-35 minute walk of my office - County Hall, next to the London Eye
- Cozy & Tidy common area - I'll contribute as well! Bonus if there is a cleaner & happy to split the costs too
- Double En-Suite room. Non-attached private bathroom also considered if the location/rent is exceptional
- I have a TV which I'd setup in my room, but I usually watch it with my headphones, so I won't disturb anyone
- A desk in my room or at least in a common area

My budget is £2000/mo including all bills & taxes. If you have a suitable place, please reach out to me. My job starts on the 19th of January, but my move in dates can be flexible (± 3 weeks). A video tour of the place as well as approx. cost of bills is highly appreciated.

About me: I'm currently working at a HFT in Dublin, but I'm moving to London in mid-January for a job at Cloudflare. I don't like WFH, so I'll be in office everyday. After work, I usually go to pub/concert/cinema/theatre or god willing, gym - so I usually return home around 9 or 10pm. On the weekends, I usually go to the gym, sometimes cook, but mostly relax. I go out a lot & meet a lot of people, but I also value my (& yours!) personal time & space as well.
