Key Requirements:
Location: Preferably close to the University of Sunderland campus or near a Metro station for convenient travel.
Budget (CRITICAL): My maximum budget is £250–£270 per person/month, and this must be INCLUDING ALL BILLS (Gas, Electric, Water, Wi-Fi). I am looking for the most affordable accommodation available.
Move-In Date: We need to secure a property ready for move-in around December 25, 2025, or shortly after.
Essentials: Furnished, reliable heating, and fast internet.
