Looking for a room in a friendly and clean house

Hi there, I am looking to find a room from mid/end January but flexible to move in sooner if the right place comes available.

I work full time as a reservations manager in a hotel. My working hours are mainly around office hours, including a Saturday shift, normally around once a month.

I have been living in the current shared house over 10 years and our most recent contract is coming to an end beginning of next year. Landlord is now looking to do a full refurbishment and this requires an empty property. During the years I have been living with quite a few people so I am very used to shared house living overall.

I appreciate clean and calm environment where everyone gets along very well and becomes friends perhaps. My ideal shared place is where everyone looks after it almost like it was theirs, so keeping it nice as possible for everyone to enjoy and call a home! Happy to do things together as houseshare and also for everyone to have their own things going on as well.

I love going to gigs. My going out party days are in the past. I have no issue people smoking or drinking but I don't do neither myself. I love to cook. I am vegan but ok for anyone to have anything they wish around me. You would not find me in the kitchen all the time as I prefer to give everyone space and normally cook a bigger portion that I will then eat for lunch and dinner for next few days or something like that. I love outdoors and enjoy long walks.

I am ideally looking to find unfurnished room but as I don't have too many belongings, furnished room would not be an issue.

I hope I have given enough of a picture about me. I am 46 but I don't feel over 30 lol!
