Apprentice looking for accommodation

Hi my names Sam I am currently looking for somewhere to call come for the next couple of years, I’m starting an apprenticeship on the 5th of January at a company that restores classic cars in Battle.
Subsequently I am looking for accommodation for at least the first year of my apprenticeship, having bills included in the rent would be a must for me during my apprenticeship. Having a room that is already furnished would be good but not necessary, Kind and welcoming housemates would be a bonus too. I have no preference on who I am living with really as I’m an easy going person and consider myself to be a social ,considerate and kind person. I enjoy the outdoors I love walks/hikes, swimming, skating, and just generally being outdoors. I have no issues with pets if someone were to have one as I’m an animal lover. I consider myself to be clean and tidy especially when living with others.
