Hello! My name’s Benoit (Ben), I’m 32 and have been a chef for 10 years. I’m relocating from Brighton to Manchester on 16th February 2026 for work and am looking for a comfortable, professional household in Central Manchester, Didsbury, or Chorlton.

I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and spend a lot of my time working, cooking, or relaxing with music or films. I’m sociable but also very considerate of people’s space—ideal for a calm, grown-up home.

I don’t have access to a guarantor, but I can happily pay an additional month’s rent upfront on top of the first month to provide extra security.

What I’m looking for:

A double room in a friendly, professional household

Up to £800 per month

Preferably a longer-term stay

Housemates who value cleanliness, respect, and a chilled atmosphere
