I’m separated from my wife, I’m 56 with a 14 year old son who is currently staying with his mum. I’m not a creepy bloke! I used to work as a teaching assistant at various primary schools in Cardiff and the Vale so am enhanced DBS. I currently work full time with vulnerable adults with physical disabilities. Initially I’d probably not be physically staying in the property very often whilst renting it for a good few weeks because of work and other commitments but going forward I generally work in Barry Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm for the council.
