Recent Graduate Seeking Large Room/Buddy Ups!

hey everyone! i'm Luke, 22 year old young professional who just graduated from the university of edinburgh. my current lease is ending at the start of next year and i'm looking for somewhere early-mid january! i currently work as a fashion content creator but am entering a role in social media for a bank at the start of next year, but that's where most of my interests lie :) my work is hybrid so i'll be working from home some days, so a decent sized room would be nice.

i'm really sociable and go to a pub quiz every week but also like just staying in (pubs>clubs), but if you're just looking for a flatmate and don't really want social stuff that's cool too!

budget's about 750/month and currently live in Marchmont so around there would be nice, but could go a little higher and definitely won't say no to lower! drop me a message if you're interested :)
