Woman and her dog looking for a room

Hello,

My name is Jess, I'm 34 years young and am looking to relocate back up country (as I currently live in Cornwall). I would like to think I'm a happy and easy going type of person, I enjoy lots of different activities both outdoors and indoors (dog walking, exploring new places, going for drives, escape rooms, conventions, board games, video games, watching crappy films/TV).
Also something else I love, my dog! He is a 10 year old Patterdale terrier (all house trained) who is very friendly with people and animals, he loves nothing more than chasing tennis balls and then cuddling up when we get home. He's also a very good boy (hes in my photos).

In terms of housemate/s, I am very open to anyone and anything really, if you like to socialise constantly then I'm game, or if you want someone who mostly keeps to themselves then I can do that too.

I am looking to move up as soon as possible, and will be happy to come up and meet you before anything is agreed to.
