31y professional looking for a modern quiet room

Hi! I’m Leonardo, 31, from Brazil. I work as a data engineer in the carbon data team at Bloomberg, based near Bank station. I’m usually in the office 4 days a week and WFH on Fridays. My ideal move-in date is 16th January.

I’m looking for a modern, calm flatshare. Ideally:
- Only 1 flatmate.
- Budget: around £1,600 pcm including bills
- Location: within ~20 minutes cycling to Bank
- Flat: modern building, 3rd floor or higher, with a balcony if possible, and not on a very noisy main road

About me: I’m easy-going, clean and generally quite disciplined. I like the flat to be tidy and relaxed and I enjoy having a friendly atmosphere where we can chat or go out for a drink, but also respect each other’s space.

I go to the gym, enjoy cycling (I would love to cycle to the office regularly) and I would like to get into padel or other sports next year. I am also a bit of an AI enthusiast, so if you are into tech we will probably have plenty to talk about.

I am looking to live with another professional who wants a respectful, relaxed home, where we both have our own space but can also get along and hang out from time to time.
