Looking for a fresh start

Hi! My name’s Benoit (Ben for short), and I’m planning to relocate to Manchester at the start of the new year — ideally January 5th, 2026.

I’m looking for a room in a friendly, relaxed home. My maximum budget is £800 per month, bills included or close to. I unfortunately don’t have access to a guarantor, so I’m hoping to find a place based on trust and open communication, ideally with understanding housemates or a landlord open to alternatives (proof of income, references, deposit, etc.).
