Looking for a Double Room in Coventry City Centre

Hi, I'm Akhil. I'm currently living in Coventry city centre and looking to move to another place within the city centre area between the last week of December 2025 and the first week of January 2026.

I'm looking for a clean, comfortable double room with good access to transport and shops. Superfast Wi-Fi is essential as I work/study frequently from home. I'm quiet, respectful, tidy, and easy to get along with.

I'd love to know more about the property rules, what’s included in the monthly rent, and whether there are any additional fees (utilities, council tax, deposits, etc.). I’m also planning to move in with a friend, so I’d like to confirm if the room is suitable for two people.
