Looking for Double Room up to £900

Hello. I’m looking for a room for up to £900pcm. The room will be for me, though my partner would stay a few nights a week so want to be transparent in case this is a problem for anyone. I work in Nettleham and am also a student so eligible for both student and non student properties. I drive so would need parking nearby. I’d ideally like to like with other professionals but am open to living with mature or quieter students.
