Hongkonger looking for a room

I am Larry, a 23 year old Hongkonger who is holding a BN(O) visa. I will be moving to Preston, Lancashire in Jan 2026, hence I am now looking for a room in a share house.

Having been a social worker serving frail and vulnerable elderly persons in Hong Kong, I consider myself a caring and respectful person. I am not a fan of big parties, and I value personal space, but I am open to moderate social gatherings like shared meals and chatter.

I will be moving here on my own, and I do not smoke. My budget is around £500 pcm, and I am open to both rooms with shared toilet and en-suite rooms. I am looking for a six month tenancy at the moment. And for your ease of mind, I am willing to pay the total rent in full before I move in.
