Hi! I’m looking for a comfortable double room in Thornton Heath, Croydon, or nearby areas within easy distance of the Thornton Heath station. My ideal budget is £700–£800 per month with bills included.

A bit about me:
• I’m 20 and work full-time in Croydon.
• I’m clean, organised, and respectful of shared spaces.
• I’m quiet after work, usually reading, watching shows, or at the gym.
• I don’t smoke, don’t host parties, and I get along well with different housemates.
• I can provide payslips, bank statements, ID, and references immediately.
• I’m looking to move around 1 January, but I can be flexible if needed.

What I’m looking for:
• Double room (doesn’t need to be huge, just comfortable).
• Good housemates who value a peaceful and clean home.
• Bills included preferred, or a clear monthly breakdown.
• Proximity to buses/trains around Croydon or Thornton Heath.
