Looking for a sociable, clean group of housemates

Hi I’m Will I’m 24 years old and I currently live on Filton Avenue, I have been living in shared accommodation housings for about 4-5 years now.

Due to my own unsatisfaction with current living situation I’m currently looking for a new place to live

I work at the airbus/gkn aerospace site in engineering so ideally somewhere close to there

My hobbies and past times are:
-Gym
-Music creation & mixing (I use headphones so don’t worry haha)
-socialising
-pubs
-few raves here and there

It would be great to find some people that I can share these interests with but I’m also open to living with people who do not have similar interests.
I would like to say I’m very easy going, a mix between sociable and respectful of solidarity.

Hygiene especially of communal areas is a big thing for me as I feel like this is the most important infrastructure to a comfortable household
