Hi! I’m Sarah, 31, and on the hunt for another like-minded female to buddy up and find a 2-bed place somewhere in Central Manchester or Salford.

I am from Belfast and I am moving over to Manchester beginning of January. I have lived in Manchester before so know most of the areas well and can’t wait to get back!

I’m hoping to move around 5th January (I can be flexible by a day or two), and my budget is up to £700 including bills. I’ll also need a parking space, so that’s a must for me.

A bit about me: I’m laidback, clean, respectful and I’m definitely someone who prefers a tidy, organised home.

I’m fine with visitors now and again — friends popping over, partners staying sometimes, totally cool. Mutual respect for each other’s space is really important to me.

I’d love to live with someone friendly who’s open to chatting, maybe grabbing a coffee, gym session or drink together, but also someone who’s happy doing their own thing. No pressure to be besties, just a comfortable, relaxed home environment.

Interests-wise: I go to the gym, love going out for food and drinks, enjoy cooking and baking.
