Hi! I’m Sarah, 31, and on the hunt for another like-minded female to buddy up and find a 2-bed place somewhere in Central, North or East Manchester.

I am from Belfast and I am moving over to Manchester beginning of January. I have lived in Manchester before so know most of the areas well and can’t wait to get back!

I’m hoping to move around 5th January (I can be flexible by a day or two), and my budget is up to £700 including bills. I’ll also need a parking space, so that’s a must for me.

A bit about me: I’m laidback, clean, respectful and I’m definitely someone who prefers a tidy, organised home. I can’t live with dishes being left to fossilise in the sink — if we’re on the same page there, we’re already halfway to being a good match.

I’m fine with visitors now and again — friends popping over, partners staying sometimes, totally cool — I just prefer not to live somewhere that feels like a constant drop-in centre. Mutual respect for each other’s space is really important to me.

I’d love to live with someone friendly who’s open to chatting, maybe grabbing a coffee, gym session or drink together, but also someone who’s happy doing their own thing. No pressure to be besties, just a comfortable, relaxed home environment.

Interests-wise: I go to the gym, love going out for food and drinks, enjoy cooking and baking (occasional kitchen experiments included), and I love music!
