I'm a professional male looking for a room en-suit

I am a professional male aged 40, I'm a documentary photographer, filmmaker and audio story producer and researcher usually juggling between assignments for international and British media outlets, Charity and corporate projects. When not on projects I'm chasing personal stories. But I really value having a home that feels grounded and friendly. I'm calm and relaxed at home but I love swapping ideas discovering new music and getting outside for a walk or run when I need a reset. I'm always curious about people around me and what makes a place feel alive. I'm looking for a double room en-suite. I'm available to move from 15/12/2025 and have a budget of £1,200 pcm. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 21 and 65 years old.
