• Clean, tidy, and easy-going
• Non-smoker, social but also value personal space
• Responsible with rent and bills
• Prefer a calm and supportive living environment suitable for study

What I’m Looking For:
• A shared flat within Zones 1–3
• Budget-friendly room with good transport links (Holborn/Farringdon/Angel area ideal)
• Clean, safe building with considerate flatmates
• Available immediately or within the next few weeks
• En-suite optional but not required
