Looking for room by Jan 2026

Hello!

I am a professional in my late twenties looking for a room starting January 2026.

What I'm like as a flatmate:
- Reliable with rent and bills, and proactive with cleaning (grew up in a shoes-off household)
- Independent but sociable. While I prefer doing my own thing, I enjoy chatting in the kitchen, watching the occasional show together, or grabbing a drink etc.

I’m hoping to find:
- A room in or near E8 or N1
- Ideally on a quiet street, even if in a busy area
- A home that’s clean, friendly, and comfortable

A bit more about me:
- Hobbies include: dance, creative writing, music, and working on my ongoing standup comedy routine
- I enjoy cooking simple meals and am trying new recipes
- I stay active by going on walks, runs, and going climbing
- My ideal week includes a few social nights with friends or at events, a few nights in, and maybe one really good night out dancing
