PhD student looking for accomodation in Dundee

I’m a 29-year-old PhD student at the University of Dundee looking for a room from early January. I’m clean, respectful, and easy-going, and I’m looking for a quiet and friendly home where people get along and respect each other’s space.
I study most days, so I appreciate a calm environment, but I’m also social and enjoy chatting and hanging out with flatmates when schedules allow.
Ideally I’m looking for:
• A furnished room
• Walking distance to the university
• Friendly, tidy flatmates
• Budget around £600

I don’t smoke, don’t bring parties home, and I always pay rent on time. I can provide references and proof of studies.
