Looking for an ensuite room or annex

Looking for a room to let for at least 6 months from March.
Hello I am a professional male around 60 years old who has work subcontracting to Enfield council for at least 6 months.
As my home is in Wales, I am looking to rent a room in a house or a self contained annex. I would like en suite or a private bathroom, ideally parking and use of a kitchen on occasions, mainly for breakfast and an cooking occasional evening meal.
I will need use on weekends too as I only plan to go home once or twice a month.
Please let me know if you have anything that might suit in this area or within a 20 minute drive of Enfield.
I would like to rent on a monthly basis as there could be some gaps in the contract, I will know more in February.
This could go on for 9 to 12 months.
