Hi! We are 2 friends who met on Spare Room looking for either a third person to buddy up with or a property with 2 spare rooms to move into. We are looking to move into London to be closer to work, ideally somewhere with good transport links.

Hi, I’m Millie, I’m a 21 year old music educator and professional musician working across Surrey and London. I split my time between teaching keys/vocals at School of Rock and performing at events. I’m organised, warm, and easy to live with. I love a tidy, cosy home, good chats in the kitchen, and quiet evenings after work.

Ruby

Hi! I’m Ruby, I’m a 22 year old professional working in the charity sector. I graduated last summer and currently live in Essex, but I want to move into London to be closer to Westminster for work. I’m flexible, easygoing, and looking for a friendly, comfortable home with people who enjoy a relaxed, respectful vibe.

We are looking for either:

• A third person to buddy up with us and find a place together, or
• An existing flat/house share with two available rooms.

We are both friendly, respectful, and used to living in shared spaces. We are very chilled and adaptable so please don’t hesitate to get in touch! :)

Budget: Around £800pcm each (flexible depending on location and size).

Move-in: ASAP ideally

Length of stay: 6 months minimum but expecting longer

Vibe: Friendly, clean, respectful, and sociable.

Preferences: Female flatmates preferred, but open-minded.

Areas: Anywhere with good transport links into central and greater London; open to suggestions.
