Looking for flat/buddy up

I’m Joe, 30, looking for a flat/house share reasonably close to town, preferably with parking as I do have a car. I work from home 3 days a week so ideally there’d be some space for a desk setup in the room.

I’m pretty quiet, would be nice to have a flatmate/flatmates with similar interests I could hang out with from time to time but also fine with us just doing our own things. Quite into films and TV, video games, boxing and UFC if there’s a big fight on. Try to get to the gym at least 3 days a week. Love a Chinese. No real preference for gender or orientation of a flatmate, would like people a roughly similar age who don’t smoke in the flat but that’s about it.
