Hi there! I’m a 29-year-old professional seeking a double room with a move-in date anytime before the 8th of January. I’m flexible with the length of the tenancy and my budget is between £700–£1100 per month excluding bills.

A bit about me: I work in the media industry and I enjoy a good balance between being active and relaxing. I’m passionate about sports and fitness but also love socialising, grabbing a drink or simply unwinding with a good film or chat in the evenings. I’d describe myself as friendly, easygoing and considerate.

At home, I’m clean, organised and respectful of others’ space. I prefer housemates who are similarly tidy but also enjoy socialising occasionally.

I’m looking for a place in and around London (not area specific but hopefully be guided to the best spots)
