I am looking for a rental property starting 17th January for a period of one year. My preferences are as follows:
1. Studio – preferably costing up to £1,050 per month without bills, or up to £1,200 per month with bills included.
2. Optionally, a modern apartment costing between £850 and £1,200 per month all bills included, to be shared with only one other person. In this case:
• Each of us would have our own bedroom, bathroom, and toilet
• We would share only the kitchen, living room, and dining area
