Seeking an ensuite room in Tynemouth/North Shields

I have moved up North with the intention of buying a property in the coming years.
I currently rent out a flat in the cotswolds and am selling to move up North.
I'm looking for a spacious double room as I have a bed, set of drawers and a table. Also looking for an en suite :)
I served 6 years in the Parachute Regiment 2013-2019
I am studying psychology at the open university so am home on Fridays.
I work as an electrical supervisor 4 days a week however I will be transferring to a psychology related job mid 2026 to pursue a career as a clinical psychologist.

I am very personable and love nature :) I'm quiet and tidy and respectful. I can get references on request :)
