Moving out of current flat in August

I’m originally from Essex, ideally want people of a similar age range. Don’t mind a party atmosphere as long as no vermin or deteriorating house come as a result.

Not a big fan of writing about myself but message me if you’d like to buddy up etc and maybe we can hang out to see if we get on etc before moving in. I’m also looking for more people to hang out with since moving here so a flatmate/friend would be welcome.
