Looking for a flat share

I’ve recently secured a graduate internship at the University of Manchester and am looking for a room or a buddy-up in Manchester or Greater Manchester. Ideally I’m hoping for a 12-month rental, but I’m also open to anything from 6 months upwards.

My role is hybrid, so I’ll be working from home part of the week — so I’m looking for a place with a suitable space for this.

I’m a tidy and considerate housemate — I always keep communal areas clean and make sure to wash up after each meal. I’m sociable and enjoy chatting with the people I live with, but I’m also very mindful of others’ space, boundaries, and need for quiet time. Good communication is important to me, and I think it makes shared living much easier for everyone.
