Hi! I’m looking for a double room in Liverpool city centre (or very close by). I’m hoping to move on the 5th of January, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere that’s calm, clean and friendly.

A bit about me: I’m 35, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m sociable but also enjoy my own space, and I’m very mindful of shared areas. I don’t smoke, I respect privacy, and I usually spend my evenings studying, at the gym, or relaxing.

What I’m looking for:
• A double room with good light and enough space for a desk
• A clean, well-kept flat/house with considerate housemates
• Bills included or reasonably priced
• Preferably en-suite
• Ideally close to transport links and walkable to the city centre

Budget: flexible depending on the room, but reasonably priced.
