The room you’re advertising looks suitable for my mum, who will be working in the area. She’s an agency nurse working at local hospitals, and this property seems convenient for her commute. She’s in her early 60s, and since nurses work 12-hour shifts, she’ll be out for most of the day, mainly using the room to rest in the evenings. She’ll also be returning to London on her days off, so she won’t be around much.
