Weekday Rental - 2 Nights Per Week

I'm a professional who will soon be starting a job in Leeds beginning January 2026. I'll be needing a place to stay for 2 nights a week (typically Monday and Tuesday). Ideally this would be in central Leeds or within walking distance. I'm looking to pay in the region of £300 to £350 per month for this but could go a bit higher depending on the location, etc.

This arrangement would be ideal for someone who wishes to get a bit of extra income from renting their spare bedroom, but don't necessarily want a full time tenant.
