Single Dad, 2 calm girls (staying twice a week)

Hi, I’m a single dad with two daughters (ages 4 & 6) who stay with me two nights a week. I work full days as a personal trainer in a gym and with external clients so I’m out of the house most of the week.

For me, being respectful and considerate is very important. I am (overly!) clean and tidy and value a calm, friendly home environment. I like to think I'm super easy to get along with, I'm a sociable person but would not have guests, other than my girls.

I'm looking for a situation in which I can save and still provide the best possible home life for my girls without any financial anxiety.
With the right person I hope this could be a really stable and enjoyable situation for everyone involved.

About My Girls:
My daughters are very calm and easygoing. Bedtime routines are strict and quiet. Everyone says how lovely and well behaved they are!

Looking For:
• Female-preferred household / housemate
• Someone who appreciates a clean, tidy, responsible and respectful adult sharing the home
• Flexibility for kids to visit two nights a week (plus occasional extra visits)

I’m happy to contribute fairly to rent and bills and am looking for a stable, friendly, safe home where my girls feel welcome.
