Hi,
I’m a female tenant who has lived in the UK for quite a while. I’m tidy, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces, and I always keep my room well-maintained. I’m gentle and considerate, and I tend to build a positive and comfortable dynamic with the people I live with. If you need anything such as proof of funds, references, or my share code, I can provide them straightaway.

I’m ideally looking for a place that is within walking distance of supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, or Asda, and preferably close to a tube station for convenient access.

( I also have a very small, clean, and non-shedding cat who is extremely quiet and well-behaved. If pets are allowed, I’m more than happy to offer an additional deposit, pay in advance, and take full responsibility for any potential damage — though in reality this is highly unlikely to happen. )
