Hello ,
I am looking for a 1 bed double room in shared accommodation or a flat with ensuite.
Ideally furnished.
I am currently doing a taxi driver course and expect to pass by the new year. My house of 25 years in Amington is on the market and will be sold soon.
I am currently receiving universal credit and separately housing benefit for emergency accommodation in Tamworth town centre.
I wish to move on and establish work at the earliest opportunity.
The job centre can cover my 1st month's rent and any deposit for the interim.
Finally I do have a cat and she is at my sister's. I would like to take her back but this could limit my options for accommodation in future so it's not essential. I would prefer to live with professionals. I myself usually operate as a regional manager in realms of construction / engineering/ health and social care training.
