Looking for a 2 bedroom flat starting from june 26

Hello! We’re a warm, easy-going and very clean couple looking for a one bedroom flat in Brighton from May/June 2026 year. We have one lovely child who stays with us occasionally, so a cosy second bedroom would be perfect and would pay more for two bed.
We’re hoping to find a home that fits a reasonable budget, somewhere we can settle into, feel grounded even if it is a sublet.

We’re the kind of tenants who genuinely care about where we live. My partner refurbishes houses, so your property would be beautifully maintained with a skilled pair of hands, while I take pride in keeping a home calm, tidy, and full of good energy.
