Whole Property in SE1 or SE11 Areas

Hi, I am looking for a whole property as a single occupant, preferably bills included on the SE1 (excluding Old Kent Road) or SE11 area. Preferably 1 bed. Available from end of January (no rush to move so later availabilities will be considered). Can provide proof of income, no prior missed rent payments and employer references. I’m an Operations Director, with my employer for 15 years in a stable role. Happy to pay a deposit and pay for contents insurance. Long term lets only, no pets, non-smoker. I have some flexibility on budget, so happy to discuss.
