Looking for en-suite double room or studio

Hi,

I'm a working professional, working for the local authority in social care on a full time basis. I recently sold my house in South Ribble and was planning on moving down south, however following breaking my ankle which required surgery, I put my plans on hold. I am now looking to remain in the area until summer 2026 at least and need a new home, preferably in the Preston or Chorley areas, due to my work commitments. I would need an en suite double room or studio and parking would also be necessary as I have a car.

I am extremely clean and tidy, and as a past live in landlady myself I have very high standards in terms of the upkeep of my living environment.

I am very friendly and sociable but I also respect one's privacy just as I'd expect others to respect mine.
