Creative/Queer/Neurodivergent friendly room wanted

Hi everyone! Im Delilah. After a breakup and mortgage going in the bin, Im looking to move to London and start renting again! Yayyy! 😅

I’m currently staying with family in Surrey and dont have a strict time limit, Id rather find the right place than rush.
Budget: max £850, bills included

I’m a makeup artist mainly in adult/glamour industry, currently between steady work after travelling, but I have savings and can pay 6 months rent up front.

Note I do receive PIP disability benefits from spinal complications after being hit by an ambulance (lol, I know). Stairs are fine, I can walk, it can just hurt after a while.

Essay time: 36, bi/pan, poly/enm, audhd, tidy, clean, respectful, witchy spiritual. No dietary requirements. Love metal, photography, cinematography, content creation, gaming, DnD, fantasy, reading, yoga, travelling, festivals, food, prosecco, psychology, crafting, fashion, art and interior design. Im friendly, social and like a party at weekends but also value a good amount of alone chill time too.

Neurodivergent and mental wellness informed, had plenty of therapy, fantastic at conflict resolution, disability awareness and general communication. I drive and have a blue badge, so knowing nearby parking would be helpful.

Also have a lot of nice gothy furniture that I flipped myself, would be very sad in a greige box room, Ive had my own house that I painted, decorated and did up myself, Id love a space that I can make my own. Any communal spaces that need a facelift lemme at it!

Happy to contribute skills if useful: Im good at flipping furniture, painting/decorating, cleaning houses, pet/plant sitting, gardening. Creatively I do makeup, occasional costuming, wig styling, nails, hair colouring, modelling, would love to do some fun collab creative stuff if youre into that. Recently branching into videography, photography, editing, digital art and 3d modelling. Ive just built my own PC, decent (ish) with tech.

Also Im prescribed medical cannabis, used via a dry vape, very minimal smell.

I have a calm, friendly void kitty, who's currently happy and safe with my mum in the countryside, but I’d love to bring her if the place is cat friendly, she gets on well with people and other cats, never met a dog though.

Ideally Id love to vibe with my housemates, maybe go out together sometimes, have takeaways, play games, maybe even start a DnD group! Im very clean and tidy and prefer housemates that are the same. Always up for a party and love friends over for dinner etc but appreciate being respectful and understanding of noise. Girls, gays and theys (and allies!) preffered🖤
Im starting to stream and record stuff a bit, so Im hoping for somewhere where walls arent too thin that me talking to myself in my room and working from home a lot wouldnt be an issue.

Looking for creative community vibes, I thrive being surrounded by others like me, warehouses look like a good shout, but I do need natural light/a window, makeup stuff is difficult without it. I also do need a bath rather than just a shower, for accessibility reasons (not just being a diva😅)

Its a LOT I know, gonna be hard for me finding my specific niche unicorn, hence the post, Im manifesting something perfect✨️ Dont have a time limit so if you might have something coming up in a couple months etc shout me!
