Looking for a room in a creative household or warehouse community around North London.
Im a makeup artist/editor/various creative, been mostly wfh at the moment, but planning on working out on set again once Ive settled in the area. Im freelance but financially stable and can prepay 6 months rent in advance. Flexible work schedule, wont be fighting me for the bathroom in the morning.

Im 36, queer, audhd, witchy spiritual, pretty chill, very clean, tidy up after myself, house proud, caring and sharing, witj 10+ years experience living communally. Aware of all the ins and outs of living with others, always respectful of noise, and a good communicator. Im extraverted and always up for kitchen hangs, love going out for drinks at the weekend, but like to keep weekdays more chilled. Would love to end up being friends with my housemates but have my own stuff going on too. Im neurodiversity, disabilty and mental wellness informed. Pro Palestine, pro trans rights, anti facist, anti racism, anti hate and strongly against bigotry in any form.

Im happy to contribute skills to the house, Im good at makeup, special fx, hair, nails, styling, photography/video, editing, creative collabs, content creation, painting/decorating, furniture refurbing, interior design, and general crafty bits. Also handy with basic tech(just built my own PC!), actually enjoy cleaning(was a professional cleaner!) and alright with basic household DIY(used to be a homeowner!).

I do have a very calm, friendly black cat whos been loving life frolicking in the countryside with my mum this past year, but Id like to trial bringing her with if the place is cat friendly for when my mums on holiday if poss.

I am prescribed medical cannabis which I smoke with an almost scent free vape.

Looking for a unfurnished double room, up to £850 incl bills. After a long term home, but can also be flexible if its short term while I househunt. Im very into interior design and Id be happiest somewhere I can paint/decorate, make improvements, and create a nice lived in homely atmosphere.

Currently staying 2 hours outside London with family after just returning from travelling, so just need a bit of notice for viewings, but I can move pretty much whenever.
