Creative/Queer/Neurodivergent friendly home wanted

Looking for a room in a creative community or warehouse around North London.
Im a makeup artist/editor/photographer/various creative, wfh at the moment, but planning on working out on set again once Ive settled in the area. Im freelance but financially stable and can prepay 6-12 months rent in advance if needed. No solid work schedule, wont be fighting me for the bathroom in the morning.

Im 36, queer, audhd, witchy spiritual, very clean, tidy up after myself, house proud, caring and sharing, witj 10+ years experience living communally. Aware of all the ins and outs of living with others, always respectful of noise, and appreciate importance of good communication. I prefer a busy social house and Im always up for a party at the weekend, but also need a lot of my battery recharging chill alone time too. Im neurodiversity, disabilty and mental wellness informed.

Talk to me about metal, cosplay, festivals, pc gaming, fashion, DnD, yoga, travel, interior design, psychology, random adhd projects etc. Would be nice to end up being good friends with the people I live with.

Im happy to contribute skills to the house, Im good at makeup, special fx, hair, nails, styling, photography/video, editing, content creation, painting/decorating, furniture refurbing, interior design, and general crafty bits. Also handy with basic tech(just built my own PC!), actually enjoy cleaning(was a professional cleaner!) and alright with basic household DIY(used to be a homeowner!).

I do have a very calm, friendly black cat whos been loving life frolicking in the countryside with my mum this past year, and is likely gonna be staying there, but Id like to trial bringing her with if the place is cat friendly.

I am prescribed medical cannabis which I smoke with an almost scent free vape.

Looking for a unfurnished double room, up to £900 incl bills. After a long term home, but can also be flexible if its short term or something rolling while I find somewhere longer term. Id be happiest somewhere I can decorate and do up and make a nice lived in homely atomosphere, please no soulless agents or super strict landlords with white box rooms.

Im currently staying 2 hours outside London with family after just returning from travelling, so just need a bit of notice for viewings, but I can move pretty much whenever.
