Hi everyone! After splitting with my ex and no longer having a mortgage, Im looking to move to around North London-ish and start renting again! Yayy!!😅

Currently staying with family in Surrey, and have no time limit to move so no rush in finding the perfect place. Budget max £1000 bills included. Im a makeup artist in the adult glamour industry, but currently without a steady income having just returned from travelling, however I have savings and want to PAY 6 MONTHS RENT UP FRONT or more more depending on rent price. I suffer from bad chronic pain after complications from being hit by an ambulance(lol I know) and receive PIP disabilty benefits. Stairs are no problem as I can walk, i just cant for hours on end.

Essay time- Im 36, bi/pan, poly/enm, audhd, witchy, no dietary requirements, super tidy, love metal, photography, content creation, gaming, dnd, going out, festivals, travelling, food, prosecco, crafting, fashion, art and design, other stuff etc. Happy both going out and staying in. Very social but need a lot of alone time too.

Neurodivergent and mental wellness informed, had plenty of therapy, fantastic at conflict resolution, disability awareness and general communication. I have a car and have blue badge parking. Also have a lot of nice gothy furniture that I flipped myself, would be very sad in a greige box room, Ive had my own house that I painted, decorated and did up myself, Id love a space that I can make my own.

Ive made a small income in the past flipping furniture, painting and decorating, cleaning houses, pet sitting, gardening, plant sitting, giving makeovers and makeup advice, occasionally costuming, wig styling, nails, hairstyling and colouring and modelling. Started branching into videography, photography, editing and graphic design too recently. Made my own pc, good ish with tech. Could contribute to anything that includes any the above, for a price ofc, or knocking money off rent ;)

Also should say Im prescribed medical ********, smoke from a dry vape though so minimal to no smell :)

I come with a sweet little void named Bean, who will be very sad if she suddenly cant go outside, so my main need is to keep her safe by having an outside area thats away from a main road. Pref no other other pets just in case they dont get on, but she is not a fight starter, should be fine with other pets as long as theyre also friendly, she grew up with other cats :) Shes never properly met a dog though, so theyd have to meet first just to check.

Id love to be able to find somewhere where Id vibe with my housemates. Would love if we could go out together some times, have takeaways, play games, maybe start a dnd group together! Goths, girls, gays and theys only please. I would be around the house a fair bit streaming and recording etc so hoping for somewhere where me talking to myself in my room wont be a problem. Other than that Im pretty chill and easy to get on with.

Its a LOT I know, gonna be hard for me finding my unicorn, hence the post, Im manifesting something perfect! Dont have a time limit so if you might have something like next year etc keep me in mind!
