Creative/Queer/Neurodivergent friendly home wanted

Looking for a room in a creative community or warehouse around North London.
Im a makeup artist/editor/various creative, wfh at the moment, but planning on working out on set again once Ive settled in the area. Im freelance but financially stable and can prepay 6-12 months rent in advance. No solid work schedule, wont be fighting me for the bathroom in the morning.

I’m 36, queer(pan), audhd, witchy spiritual, very clean, tidy, respectful, kind, caring and sharing, and used to living with people communally. I like a social house and Im always up for a drink or a night out at weekends, but Im not feral, I do also enjoy peace and quiet and not annoying everyone I live with. Im neurodiversity, disabilty and mental wellness informed. Big on good communication.

Talk to me about metal, cosplay, festivals, pc gaming, alt fashion, DnD, yoga, travel, interior design, psychology, random adhd projects etc. Would be nice to live with people I actually get on with, but I’m not expecting to force anything.

I’m very into creative stuff and happy to contribute skills to the house, mainly makeup, hair, nails, styling, photography/video, editing, content creation, painting/decorating, furniture refurbing, interior design, and general crafty bits. Also handy with basic tech(just built my own PC!) and household DIY(used to be a homeowner!).

I do have a very calm, friendly black cat whos been loving life in the countryside with my mum this past year, but Id like to trial bringing her if the place is cat friendly.

I am prescribed medical cannabis which I smoke with an almost scent free vape.

Looking for a unfurnished double room, up to £900 incl bills. After a long term home, but can also be flexible if it’s short term or something rolling while I find somewhere longer term.

I’m currently staying 2 hours outside London with family after just returning from travelling, so just need a bit of notice for viewings, but I can move pretty much straight away.
