Hi I'm looking for a Long-term single or double room with bills included that excepts DSS/UC "my max budget is £700 pcm";
with a live in landlord {NO AGENCIES "THANK YOU"}

A bit about me:-
I'm a 36 year old male who is looking to move to Brighton or Hove; I'm considerate, trustworthy, independent & open-minded; Im also easy going, friendly & happy to socialise

As a housemate:-
- Im clean, tidy & respectful of shared living spaces
- I'm happy to contribute towards household upkeep & cleaning
- I'm also considerate of other peoples privacy/personal space
- I'm a none smoker & I have no pets

other things I'm looking for within the house/home:-
- with a max of 3 people sharing "including me"
- en-suite room (but would consider a shared bathroom "if only sharing the house/home with one other person")
- a shared living room
- a shared kitchen (with a washer & dryer)
- I don't mind if the room is furnished or unfurnished
- Looking for a relaxed, friendly and easy going social house/home "but not a party house"
- I would like to share with males or females over 30's
- for a none smoking household (I would be ok with smoking "cigarettes/e-cigarettes" in shared outside spaces only)
- I am open to shares that has pets (but no cat sorry)
- preferably on good bus route/s
